The verified retail value of this package, including event ("Event") tickets and accommodations, ranges from $620.00-$3,374.00 depending upon the Event selected and dates of travel. Transportation, food, parking (except where otherwise specifically stated in your confirmation materials) and incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the traveler(s). Accommodations will be at a Select Area Hotel* or a Bluegreen resort.
Pets and boats are not permitted, and motorcycle and RV restrictions may apply in certain destination areas. You will receive a booking confirmation via email within 48 hours of purchase with all package details, depending upon Event selected and dates of travel.
This offer is made on a space-available basis and is non-transferable. One offer per household, no groups. No purchaser should rely on representations other than those included in these Details of Participation. Bluegreen Vacations acts as an agent for hotels, attractions, and other services supplied as part of the vacation package and will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special consequential or punitive damages arising from or in conjunction with any of these services. All operators associated with this vacation package including, without limitation, air carriers, hotels, car rental companies and attractions mentioned are independent contractor suppliers, each of which has obligations toward and may have limitations of liability to vacation package purchasers. Bluegreen Vacations is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, terrorism or Acts of God or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
Residents of North Dakota, South Dakota and any states where applicable registration or licensing requirements have not been met are not eligible for this offer. If you are a resident of a country other than the U.S., Canada or the U.K., you may be ineligible for this offer, and it may be withheld in the sponsor's sole discretion. You agree that names, email addresses and postal addresses obtained during this offer may be used for the purpose of soliciting sales of timeshare interests and/or discount vacation products and travel services. This offer is void where prohibited by law and where state registration and/or licensing requirements have not been met.
Cancellation Policy: Except where applicable law provides otherwise, the cancellation policy for this vacation package is as allows: This vacation package purchase may be cancelled for a full refund for up to three (3) days following the date of purchase, without regard to when (i.e., how far in advance of scheduled travel) that the purchase was made. Additionally, purchases cancelled at least 90 days prior to scheduled travel will be fully refundable, purchases cancelled between 89 and 31 days prior to travel will be 50% refundable, and purchases cancelled less than 31 days prior to scheduled travel are non-refundable. Participants who fail to show up on their scheduled check-in date, fail to show up on time for their scheduled sales presentation or otherwise fail to meet the qualifications for this vacation package offer may be charged the full retail value of this package which may be charged to their debit card or credit card (dependent upon the method of payment used to purchase the vacation package), and will forfeit any prepaid fees or deposits. By making a reservation in response to this offer, you are agreeing to this policy. You have 30 days following your vacation package purchase date to change your travel dates and the race or event selected, at no charge, but may do so only once. Additionally, if you have not previously changed your travel dates (i.e. within 30 days of your vacation package purchase) and would like to change your travel dates and race or event selected more than 30 days following your vacation package purchase date, but no later than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival for the vacation package originally purchased, you may do so, only once, for a $99 fee. Changing your travel dates does not modify your cancellation rights, the permissible time periods for which will continue to be based upon your original purchase date.

Additionally, you agree not to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages and further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, such exclusions may not apply to you.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Details of Participation and the rights and obligations of any participant or Sponsor in connection with this offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state's laws.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Details of Participation shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Details of Participation shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials or notifications and the terms and conditions of these Details of Participation, these Details of Participation shall prevail, govern and control.
