To be eligible for this, married couples and individuals who cohabitate with a significant other are required to tour together except where prohibited by law. If a Qualified Referral is married or cohabitates with a significant other, only one member of the couple must meet this requirement.

All sales presentations will be in English. By accepting this offer and to meet its eligibility requirements, you affirm that you are conversant in the English language and have read and understand these Details of Participation. This promotion is offered throughout the U.S. however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state licensing and/or registration requirements have not been met. This offer is made on a space available basis and is non-transferable.

**A Qualified Referral must be an individual personally known*** to participant for which participant provides correct and current name, address, phone number and who:

1. Must meet minimum age requirement as established by Developer
2. Has a valid driver's license or government issued I.D.
3. Has a valid personal credit card bearing a MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express® or Discover® logo
4. Has a combined gross annual income household income of at least $50,000 (this income requirement may be waived if one of Us is 62 years of age or older). If cohabitating and combining income, proof of cohabitation through government issued identifications showing identical addresses is required
5. Must: (i) have a minimum credit score as established by this offer's sponsor (currently a FICO® score of 600); or (ii) if FICO® information is not readily available, meet Bluegreen's internal financial risk underwriting requirements and must not have filed for bankruptcy protection or been adjudicated bankrupt or insolvent within the past 7 years
6. Must attend and complete an approximately 2 hour BVC sales presentation and tour on the benefits of timeshare ownership. If married or cohabitating, both individuals must attend and complete the sales presentations and tour together. I or We each (if married or cohabitating with a significant other) understand that neither of Us may participate in any promotional or other offer made by another vacation ownership company or travel club while traveling on this Package.
7. Must not have attended a Bluegreen/Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare sales presentation without purchase within the past 15 months.
8. Must be "personally known"*** to the referring Owner.

***To be "personally known" to an Owner: 1) a Qualified Referral must have knowledge that the participant submitted his/her name to Bluegreen Vacations prior to submission; and 2) the participant must not require compensation from the Qualified Referral for submitting the Qualified Referral's name to Bluegreen Vacations. In all instances, Bluegreen Vacations shall have the exclusive right to determine if a referral is "personally known" to the referring Owner and/or if a referral constitutes a Qualified Referral.

You may cancel and request a refund at any time within thirty (30) days following receipt of the vacation package materials that you received either by email or US mail in connection with your original purchase.
